Hand-selected spirit from ex-bourbon barrels, small quarter casks and large European oak hogsheads create the perfect marriage along with rare spirit aged in virgin American oak barrels. The new oak lends powerful aromas of vanilla to this extraordinary peated Islay single malt. This powerful combination of four maturation styles complements the flavours of stewed fruit and the unmistakable smoky notes that make Laphroaig so unique.
