This fruit-forward expression features a profile of dried apricot, fresh peach, and a subtle hint of sweet molasses. Every bottle looks like liquid gold – the Signature rum is a brilliant amber color.

2 parts Appleton Estate Signature
¾ part fresh lime juice
½ part simple syrup (or Demerara)
Garnish: 1 lime twist
INSTRUCTIONS
Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice, and shake until well-chilled. Strain into a chilled coupe and garnish with a lime twist.
