The Chandon Sparkling Brut is one of Australia’s benchmark sparkling wines, as well as Chandon’s flagship non-vintage. A fresh and approachable wine, blended from chardonnay and pinot Noir, with a long, crisp brut finish.
This wine is characterised by a creamy and soft front/mid palate which flows seamlessly into a generous and persistent length. Flavours of white peach, honey and roasted nuts blend harmoniously to create a complex wine with a refreshing finish. Chandon Brut is a Methode Traditionelle sparkling wine that has spent 18 months ageing on yeast lees before release.
