How to Enjoy
Classic gin & tonic using one part Australian Native Gin to two parts of high quality dry tonic - pour the gin over ice and top up with tonic. Garnish with a slice of green apple. "Love Potion": 30ml Pin gin, 15ml Rose Monin, 10ml Strawberry liqueur, 30ml cranberry juice, 20ml lemon juice. Combine all ingredientsin a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into an ice filled tumbler, garnish with strawberry and dust with rose petals.
