Description
Rich and smooth, Port Cask is a core range Limeburners expression which exhibits the decadent results of having spent time in Australian Port barrels. This whisky was first aged in ex-bourbon American oak barrels before maturing further in Port casks. Following maturation, we have then hydrated this whisky with pure Albany rainwater.

How to Enjoy
Serve neat at room tempature or with a splash of water. Also makes a great "Old Fashioned": 45ml Limeburners Port Cask whisky, 15ml sugar syrup and a few drops of a good Australian bitters. Stir ingredients together over a large ice cube in a short glass, run a piece of orange peel around the rim of the glass and garnish with dehydrate orange and a cherry.
