Callington Mill Distilleries Entropy Single Malt Whisky measures our whisky maturation systems journey into the unknown. A systems disorder and unpredicatability resulting in a whisky universe of unique beauty and style. This distinguished whisky was initially aged in small Tawny and Aperacasks. When the timing was right, we transferred the spirit into a fortuitous selection of Tokay, Muscat and Muscadelle casks to further evolve its complexities. Flavours of toasted marshmellows, honeysuckle and marmalade create an extravagant elaborate whisky. This abstract whisky was painted on a canvas of distilled spirit by Old Kempton Distillery under the watchful eye of businesspartners John Ibrahim and Bill Lark.
