How to Enjoy
Classic gin & tonic using one part Australian Native Gin to two parts of high quality dry tonic - pour the gin over ice and top up with tonic. Garnish with watermelon and basil. "Pink Native Cosmo": 30ml Australian Native gin, 30ml cranberry juice, 15ml Limeburners Oraiste Liqueur, 15ml lime juice. Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with dehydrated lime.
