Harvested in the cool Marlborough mornings from our certified-organic Woolshed vineyard and made in alternate vessels such as concrete eggs, amphorae and neutral oak barrels, this highly decorated certified organic Sauvignon Blanc is a real stunner. Delicious juicy peach and papaya are complemented by a flinty minerality. Beautifully rounded with layer upon layer of texture and silky mouthfeel, this wine has a long, complex finish.
