Our Regional Range was created as a collection of wines that are expressive of the outstanding varieties grown in Margaret River and the Great Southern. The name Flint Rock epitomizes the fine mineral structure and savoury elegance of wines grown in the wildly remote and awesomely beautiful Great Southern region of Western Australia. Howard Park Flint Rock Chardonnay is all about layers of flavour; Pink Lady apple, grapefruit and Meyer lemon drive the palate with savoury elements of salted cashew and nutmeal providing complexity and depth. The judicious use of French oak and lees stirring provide a creaminess and weight balanced by crisp acidity and granite minerality typical of our Mount Barrow vineyard.
