Elegant and smooth, Sherry Cask is a core range Limeburners expression representing the brilliance of Australian Sherry barrels. This single malt was first matured in ex-bourbon American oak barrels before being finished in Sherry casks, imparting flavours of honeycomb, burnt orange and maple sweetness, as well as butter caramel and rich vanilla.

How to Enjoy
Serve neat at room tempature or with a splash of water. Also makes a great "Whisky Sour": 60ml Limeburners Sherry Cask whisky, 20ml sugar syrup, 30ml lemon juice, 30ml egg white, a few drops of good Australian bitters. Shake ingredients (other than egg white) in a shaker with ice, strain and discard ice. Add egg white and shake vigorously, pour into glass.
