How to Enjoy
Classic gin & tonic using one part London Dry to two parts of high quality Indian tonic - pour the gin over ice and top up with tonic. Garnish with lemon or lime. "Rosemary Ginger Fizz": 30ml London Dry, 30ml rosemary syrup, 15ml lime juice, ginger beer. Combine all ingredients (except ginger beer) in a shaker with ice, shake and strain into a short ice filled glass. Top with ginger beer and garnish with rosemary and dehydrated lime.
