How to Enjoy
Classic gin & tonic using one part Botanical Gin to two parts of high quality Mediterranean tonic - pour the gin over ice and top up with tonic. Garnish with strawberries and rosemary. "Appletini": 30ml Botanical gin, 30ml green apple juice, 15ml lemon juice, 15ml Dry Vermouth. Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with dehydrated apple.
