Key Selling Points
First matured for 15 years predominantly in American oak. Selectively finished in Grand Champagne Cognac Cask with dark fruit aromas, spice and structure. Chivas XV was released in July 2018 and created by current Chivas Master Blender Sandy Hyslop, who wanted to create a new way to drink whisky in a celebratory style. Choosing casks that were previously used to mature cognacs to selectively finish Chivas' 15-year-old blend adds a luxurious element to this blended Scotch whisky.

How to Enjoy
Enjoy neat or served with soda water for an effortless celebration drink. Or enjoy this whisky-based twist on a traditional French 75 as your new celebratory drink. Chivas 75 in a Champagne flute: • 30ml Chivas XV, • 20ml lemon juice, • 20ml sugar syrup, • Top with sparkling wine or champagne, • Cherry, to garnish. Method: Pour Chivas XV into a cocktail shaker, along with lemon juice, and sugar syrup. Shake together with ice for approximately 6 seconds. Strain into a champagne flute and top up with sparkling wine. Garnish with a cherry.
