Tiger Snake Whisky 70cl

Made using 100% Western Australian ingredients, this impressive sour mash (Australia's first) is crafted using a classic grain bill of corn, rye, malted barley, and occassionaly the old hybrid grain "triticale". This mixed grain whiskey is richly textured and smooth, opening with a floral bouquet. Very aromatic upfront with vanillin, honey and fresh tropical fruits, cranberry and pear. Well balanced and viscous bursting with tones of vanilla, caramel and hazelnuts on the palate. A full uplifting juicy whiskey that leaves a pleasant lingering taste that keeps you reaching for more.
