Considered Old-Fashioned in 1891, Craigellachie does things the more traditional way and consciously makes no concessions to modern-day house rules. Using old-fashioned worm tub condensers and oil firing its barley makes for a more muscular and robust character. All of Craigellachie’s whiskies carry age statements, they are non chill filtered and have no caramel colouring added.

The Old Soul. An Old Soul at heart, Craigellachie 13 is stirred down with pineapple syrup and bitters to complement the tropical notes found in the whisky. A delicious sipper. 60ml Craigellachie 13 Year, 10ml Pineapple Syrup, 2 dashes of Bokers Bitters. Glass: Rocks. Garnish: Lemon Twist - discarded - and a dried pineapple slice.
