Since resurrecting our distillery in 2001, our aim has been to make the most thought-provoking spirits. Always pushing boundaries, we have championed our raw ingredients and explored the nuance and power of cask influence in the pursuit of extraordinary flavour. Expertly married with two decades of cask exploration, using a combination of ex-American whiskey and sherry casks, the result is a 21 Year Old Islay Single Malt Scotch whisky with remarkable depth and complexity. Evoking a true sense of place, the single malt has spent its entire maturation life on Islay, resting in the depths of our warehouse for over two decades. Using 100% Scottish barley and bottled at 50% ABV, this GTR exclusive is possibly the highest provenance 21 Year Old single malt ever created.
