During the years of maturation, the whiskies subtly absorb the casks complexity, adding intricate layers and refined depth. When the time comes, our craftsmen skilfully bring the single malts from both casks together, an art requiring dedication and years of expertise to achieve just the right balance of depth and flavour. Double cask matured for a minimum of 13 years, this well-balanced single malt perfectly combines a sweet and fruity character, with layered notes of red apples and butterscotch imparted by the American oak casks.
