This spirit was exclusively crafted by Old Kempton Distillery under the tutelage of Bill Lark (John's Old Kempton Disillery partner) and matured in small 20 litres Australian Tawny casks until ready to savour. The complexity of the whisky was further evolved in exclusive rare Tawny Port casks from the heart of the Duoro Valley, Portugal. The result is a complex, harmonious and contrasting melody of coconut, nutmeg and poached pears dancing on the palate. A true paradigm of the Tasmanian Single Malt.
