Cucumber Cooler: 60ml Gran Centenario Plata, 30ml Elderflower Liqueur, 30ml 50/50 Lemon & Lime Juice, 3 Cucumber Slices Coriander Sprigs. Muddle cucumber slices in a shaker tin. Add all remaining ingredients with ice. Shake hard to break up coriander. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice and garnish with a skewered cucumber ribbon, lemon wheel, and coriander.
