    Santa Teresa 1796 Rum is best served neat or with a few cubes of ice in a rocks glass. Tilt and turn the glass to release the flavors, then sip and savor. This refined Solera Rum can also be served in a range of classical cocktails such as the Old Fashioned, Negroni or Manhattan. Santa Teresa 1796 - Aragua Old-Fashioned • 2 parts SANTA TERESA 1796 Solera Rum • 1/4 part Demerara Syrup (1 part water / 1 part sugar in the raw) • 3 dashes of CACAO or ANGOSTURA® bitters • Build all ingredients in a mixing glass • Stir 30-40 seconds • Pour over ice in a double old-fashioned glass • Garnish with an orange twist. Enjoy!
