How to Enjoy
Enjoy neat on the rocks or alternatively try 'The Bold One' Cocktail. • Ingredients: 50ml Jameson Bold, 3x slices fresh ginger, Fresh lemon juice, Pressed apple juice, 2x Bar spoons honey, Fresh apple wedge • Method: Muddle the honey & ginger together in the base of a cocktail shaker. Fill the shaker with ice before adding the rest of the ingredients and shake vigorously before double straining in to a lowball glass filled with cubed ice. Garnish: Fresh apple wedge
Tasting Notes (Nose)
On approach, look for the Red Apple and Ripe Banana before the spices appear. Soft Green Pepper and Nutmeg are given some sweetness by the Vanilla and Cinnamon. Subtle Woodland notes on a background of Barley Straw bring added depth.
